What we do not use
We do not use advertising or marketing cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Meta (Facebook) Pixel or Google reCAPTCHA.

Counting visitors without cookies
To show our team how many people are on the site right now, each open page tells our server every 30 seconds which section of the site you are on and whether you are signed in. This uses the session that the site needs anyway; nothing extra is stored in your browser, your IP address and browser are not recorded with it, and the records are deleted after 1 day.
Content from other websites
- YouTube — if your routine has a YouTube link, its video is loaded in your account only when you click to play it. Google privacy policy
- Payments — when you pay, you are sent to the page of Netopia, Stripe or PayPal, which set their own cookies on their own websites under their own policies.
All other files the site needs (videos, fonts, icons and program libraries) are served from our own server. Links to Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp or Google Maps load nothing until you click them.
Cloudflare
All traffic to our site passes through Cloudflare for security and speed. Cloudflare adds a small script that hides e-mail addresses from spam robots, and asks your browser to keep a network error reporting rule (listed above): only if one of our pages fails to load, the browser sends a technical report to Cloudflare.
